Collection: Rudi Respeel

Rudi Respeel is a Belgian designer who teaches furniture design at Thomas More university of applied sciences in Mechelen. Throughout his career he has designed and made unique design objects, each with its own name and character.

In the 1990s he and his wife Ann Adriaens ran the gallery 'Het Pakhuis-Design', where young and aspiring designers were given a place to show their work. He was also a member of the Belgian design collective de @pen.

His designs combine a playful idea with a practical use, with a clear eye for form, colour and detail.

At I❤️DESIGN you will find his Papa Semini wall hooks in six cheerful colours: Fantasy Purple, Forest Green, Happy Yellow, Ocean Blue, Sunset Orange and Passion Red.
